Service Policy

General

  • A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays. Anything later will have to be re-scheduled.
  • 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel appointment.
  • No-shows will be required to pay full service prior to rescheduling.
  • Due to health and safety concerns guests are not allowed during appointment.
  • Understanding that results may vary with each individual client. Complying to aftercare is key to reach optimal results.
  • We accept: Cash, E-transfer, all major Credit cards & Debit.
  • Inappropriate and rude behaviour will NOT be tolerated at DIVINE LILY SILHOUETTE. We reserve the right to terminate treatments and services if guests are not ethical.
  • Treatments are only performed on persons of 18 years of age and above.
  • At this point in time we are only taking female clients.
  • Please review our Contraindications to verify if you are a candidate for our treatments.
  • We do not provide Insurance receipts as these are considered Aesthetics Services.
  • Appointments and client information are confidential. In addition, The client may or may not choose to talk during treatments. We are happy to listen to your conversation and share our professional expertise. We prefer not to discuss topics of a Political, Religious, Private or Sexual nature.
  • All treatments are non refundable / non transferable / 30 day expiration.

  • A FREE consultation will be required prior to any initial treatment. This is where an action plan will be created and a signed consent form will be required.
